TWO JUVENILE SUSPECTS were arrested in connection with a what police say was a brutal beating on Crandon Boulevard, setting the tranquil Island Paradise on edge.
We talk to Charles Press, the island's longtime police chief, who is serving as interim village manager about the case, the facts , and the larger issue of a rise in youth offenses in Key Biscayne and elsewhere.
